The Manager of Safety and Training implements safety programs and ensures compliance with state, federal, and corporate regulations. Key duties include overseeing drug and alcohol reporting, managing insurance claims, and delivering safety training to staff.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of transit or paratransit safety management experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test are required.

The Manager, Safety and Training is responsible for implementing safety and training programs as defined by the Leadership of Safety Administration and will ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, as well as corporate, client guidelines and policies.
This position is contingent upon award of contract.
