The representative serves as the frontline image of MTM Health, primarily handling 60-80 inbound calls daily from members, clients, and facilities. Responsibilities include managing tasks of increasing complexity to remove barriers to healthcare access.
Candidates must reside in Minnesota and possess at least one year of call center experience and six months of customer service experience. Technical requirements include high-speed internet (minimum 30mbps download/3mbps upload) and a distraction-free home workspace.

Position Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Remote Minnesota
Hourly Rate: $15.00 ($16.37 for Minneapolis & St. Paul)
The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of MTM Health. The Customer Care Representative will handle a variety of tasks which will increase in complexity as the Customer Care Representative’s skills progress, but will consist primarily of handling inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities. Expect to handle 60 - 80 calls a day and higher volumes on Mondays.
Must currently reside in Minnesota
1 year of Call Center experience
6 months Customer Service experience
Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
High speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL or Fiber (a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps). Use of wireless and WiFi “air cards” is prohibited
A quiet space within the home free of distractions including caretaking of any kind
