Relevant du Chef des opérations, Transport interurbain, vous effectuez la gestion de l'équipe de conducteurs sous votre responsabilité, vous prenez les actions requises pour offrir la qualité du service recherchée et vous faites en sorte que les lois, règlements et politiques en vigueur soient respectés. En tant que superviseur, vous devez planifier, organiser, diriger et contrôler les activités sous votre responsabilité, notamment :
Superviser le déroulement des activités du réseau, s'assurer que le code de la sécurité routière et les politiques de l'entreprise sont respectés, agir en tant que personne-ressource lors d'incidents ou d'accidents, coordonner les modifications temporaires de circuits, valider l’efficience des informations transmises aux différents intervenants.
· Superviser les conducteurs des ports d'attache de Québec et de Rimouski;
· Motiver son équipe et s'assure qu’elle soit formée adéquatement et que ses connaissances sont mises à jour;
· Communiquer les informations pertinentes à tous les quarts de travail et travaille en collaboration avec les différents sites et départements;
· Assumer un leadership de proximité avec ses équipes en ayant une approche collaborative et transparente avec ses équipes de travail;
· Gèrer la performance au travail et appliquer les mesures disciplinaires lorsque requises;
· Assumer la responsabilité de la santé et sécurité au travail en lien avec ses équipes de travail, participe à l'élaboration du plan annuel de prévention et sa mise en action, effectue les enquêtes et analyses d'accidents, met en place les mesures correctives approuvées par l‘organisation et est responsable de l’application de la Gouvernance en Santé et Sécurité;
· Participer et animer les réunions avec son équipe.
· Gèrer les opérations dans les sites de la Gare d’autocars de Québec et de Rimouski
· Collaborer avec les différents partenaires internes, notamment les équipes de la planification et coordination des opérations (PCO), du marketing, de l’entretien, des TI et des RH;
· Participer et piloter différents comités;
· Veiller au respect et à l’application de la convention collective;
· Améliorer les processus en place et le service à la clientèle;
· Rédiger différents rapports et notes de service;
· Utiliser tous les logiciels de gestion mis à la disposition pour contrôler la performance des employés;
· Possibilité de participer à différents projets et mandats.
· Expérience d’au moins 5 à 7 ans en gestion de personnel;
· BAC en administration ou dans tous autres domaines pertinents (un atout) ou expérience équivalente;
· Expérience dans un milieu syndiqué est essentielle;
· Excellente connaissance du Code de la sécurité routière, des lois et règlements régissant l’industrie un atout;
· Leadership positif;
· Bonne capacité de résolution de problèmes et d’analyse;
· Approche client;
· Excellent sens de l’organisation;
· Capacité d’adaptation et de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément;
· Capacité à pouvoir se déplacer sur différents sites et disponibilité;
