The location in West Carrollton, (Ohio, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Mechanical Maintenance Technician. This job is full-time permanent.

Compensation:
The hourly rate range is $34.07 - $37.00 per hour. Holiday hours worked are paid at double-time, Sunday hours are paid at time & a half, and shift differential is paid on 2nd and 3rd shifts. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, prescription, life insurance, paid holidays and an opportunity to participate in the 401(k) and retirement saving plans. Eligibility of up to 4 weeks' vacation DOE.
Schedule:
The new hire will be scheduled on 1st shift for the first months of the training. The employee will then follow a rotating shift on the Southern Swing Shift Pattern: https://www.worksightflow.com/posts/the-southern-swing-shift-pattern.
You will be required to successfully complete a selection process that could include interviews, an employment background check, a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, reference verifications, aptitude tests (for some positions), and a fitness-for-duty test (for some positions).
