The Controls Engineer supports daily plant operations by ensuring the reliable performance of automation and control systems. This role acts as a technical bridge between Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and IT to implement effective system solutions.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation, or a related field. A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in industrial controls or automation is required, along with practical experience in PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks.

$79,200.00 - $118,800.00Actual base salary offered varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
