The Production Assembler will perform various assembly tasks for windows and patio doors while ensuring manufacturing orders are completed accurately and on time. They are responsible for adhering to safety policies and supporting the department team to meet production goals.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environments and possess mechanical aptitude. The role requires the ability to use hand and power tools, perform basic math, and lift up to 50 pounds.
A Production Assembler job at our manufacturing plant in Temecula, CA is available at Milgard Windows and Doors. In this role, you’ll need mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools. You will assist in the work activities of the department team members.
Additionally, you will work directly with the department supervisor and department lead to ensure all manufacturing orders are properly completed and filled before the deadline. You must be able to perform tasks assigned in the construction of windows and patio doors in all phases of assembly. In addition to meeting departmental manufacturing goals, safety, accuracy, and efficiency are key elements to your performance.

💵 Compensation: $21.50 an hour
⏰ Schedule: Start time 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday
