This critical role manages a high-volume, multi-line phone system and welcomes visitors, seamlessly directing inquiries across our real estate, construction, and investment divisions as well as our corporate office. By providing fluent, professional communication in both English and Spanish, the Receptionist ensures that all clients, tenants, vendors, and community members experience immediate, efficient, and proactive support.
