Achieves and grows sales performance across assigned territories by managing both ENT and Surgical Endoscopy product portfolios, with responsibility for capital equipment, devices, and consumables. Maintains and expands existing business through account development, product conversions, and strategic customer engagement. Serves as the primary clinical, technical, and commercial liaison between Olympus and healthcare professionals, ensuring customer satisfaction, product adoption, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Total compensation: $40,000.00 base salary per year + eligibility for a performance-based commission plan, which includes certain non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives. Commission earnings are not guaranteed and are determined by individual sales performance in accordance with the terms of the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan.
