The Sales Operations Specialist serves as a single point of contact for the sales team, managing operational actions and order allocations. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency and maintaining KPI performance through CRM and analytic platforms.
Requires a post-secondary degree and 4-5 years of experience in customer service or sales operations. Proficiency in English and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or SAP is preferred.

Within this role, the Sales Operations Specialist, will work directly with the Sales team to ensure a streamlined single point of contact and support for outlined duties. This position will help drive patient focus through cultivating a solutions oriented mindset and by approaching all situations with a critical and innovative mindset. This position will be responsible for the management of sales operational actions as laid out and required by the operations team.
