The SUE Project Manager will lead utility investigations across transportation and infrastructure projects, managing the full project lifecycle from proposal to final deliverables. Candidates must have 8-10+ years of experience in Subsurface Utility Engineering or utility mapping and a strong working knowledge of ASCE 38 quality levels. A high school diploma is the minimum education requirement, with professional licensure (PE or PLS) preferred.

Our SUE team is known for technical rigor and trusted relationships with clients—and we’re looking for a seasoned project manager to help lead its next chapter. This role offers genuine leadership responsibility, exposure to complex high-profile projects, and a clear path toward senior and principal-level advancement.
Position Summary: The SUE Project Manager will lead utility investigations across a portfolio of transportation and infrastructure projects. You’ll own projects from proposal through final deliverables, managing field crews, client relationships, and technical quality in accordance with ASCE 38 standards (Quality Levels A, B, C, & D). This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll mentor staff, shape workflows, and serve as the technical point of contact for clients and design partners.
Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.
Compensation for this position is $85,000.00 - $145,000.00/annually, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description.
