The Assistant Regional Maintenance Director provides strategic leadership and operational support for maintenance across a multifamily portfolio to ensure safety, asset preservation, and efficiency. They oversee maintenance operations, manage capital projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor onsite maintenance teams.
Candidates must have 7+ years of multifamily maintenance experience with a background in multi-site or regional leadership. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, capital planning, and leadership abilities are required, with EPA and HVAC certifications preferred.
The Multifamily Assistant Regional Maintenance Director provides strategic leadership and operational support for maintenance operations across a portfolio of multifamily communities. This position works closely with the Regional Maintenance Directors, Regional Directors, Community Managers, Service Managers, and onsite maintenance teams to ensure company standards for safety, asset preservation, curb appeal, operational efficiency and resident satisfaction are consistently achieved.
The Assistant Regional Maintenance Director supports preventive maintenance initiatives, capital improvement projects, regulatory compliance efforts, training programs and maintenance performance objectives while helping protect and enhance the value of each community within the portfolio.
