The Implementation Manager is responsible for the successful deployment of D365 across factories and selling entities in Benelux and France. This includes developing detailed cutover plans, coordinating site-level readiness, and bridging the gap between programme delivery and local execution.
Candidates must have a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide ERP implementations within engineering and manufacturing organizations. Professional project management certifications such as PMI or Prince2 are essential.

Purpose of the role:
The Implementation Manager is accountable for successful deployments at factories and selling entities, across Benelux & France. This role focuses on bridging the gap between programme delivery and site execution—developing detailed implementation and cutover plans, aligning functional teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring risks are proactively managed. While closely collaborating with project management and change teams, the Implementation Manager is specifically responsible for making the implementation happen on the ground—ensuring the site is ready, resilient, and supported through go-live and early adoption.
