The Domain Lead will coordinate the development, validation, and maintenance of risk models and actuarial assumptions for key financial risks. They will also lead communication with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and the actuarial function holder.
Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience in insurance or financial risk management with specific expertise in Solvency II actuarial modelling. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are required to manage complex projects and coach team members.

In this role, you will coordinate the development of risk models and assumption setting for key financial risks within NN Life and Pensions, including mortality, morbidity, persistency and expense inflation.

You will be part of the Financial Risk Management (FRM) team at NN L&P. The FRM team consists of 17 employees with a background in actuarial science and financial risk management. The team has a mentality of producing high-quality work and provides an environment in which people can work on their own initiatives and innovative ideas. At NN L&P, we work hybrid; you will decide where, how and when you work. The location of this job is our office in Rotterdam.
