Achter elke sterke samenwerking schuilt heldere communicatie. Bij Q8 help je stationuitbaters sneller de juiste informatie te vinden, bouw je mee aan slimme digitale oplossingen en draag je bij aan opleidingen die écht werken.
Als stagiair binnen het Dealer Transformation-team breng je structuur in communicatie, ontwikkel je digitale leerinhoud en denk je mee na over hoe kennis beter wordt gedeeld. Zo maak je elke dag het verschil voor onze uitbaters én collega's.
Jouw grootste uitdaging
Je brengt structuur in de communicatie naar onze uitbaters en helpt digitale oplossingen verder uit te bouwen. Je denkt mee na over hoe informatie sneller wordt gedeeld, kennis beter toegankelijk wordt en communicatie elke dag slimmer werkt.
Je bouwt mee aan een duidelijke communicatieflow voor onze uitbaters en zorgt voor een herkenbare en consistente aanpak.
Je ontwikkelt professionele communicatiesjablonen waarmee collega's efficiënt en uniform communiceren.
Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van communicatie en helpt een duidelijke tone of voice uit te bouwen.
Je helpt onze trainingsapp verder uit te bouwen met digitale leerinhoud die uitbaters snel op weg helpt.
Je ontwikkelt video's, handleidingen en ander praktisch leermateriaal dat kennis toegankelijk maakt.
Je experimenteert met AI om communicatie te verbeteren, kennis beter te organiseren en digitale processen slimmer te ondersteunen.
Je denkt mee na over nieuwe digitale oplossingen, zoals een chatbot en een kennisplatform dat uitbaters snel antwoorden biedt.
Je volgt opleidingen mee, verzamelt feedback van uitbaters en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen.
Je helpt mee om communicatie, digitale tools en opleidingen voortdurend verder te verbeteren.
Je ontwikkelt niet alleen communicatie. Je helpt uitbaters sneller de juiste informatie te vinden en met vertrouwen aan de slag te gaan.

Je volgt een bachelor- of masteropleiding in Communicatie, Marketing, Handelswetenschappen of een gelijkaardige richting.
Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én het Frans.
Je krijgt energie van mensen ondersteunen, kennis delen en communicatie verbeteren.
Je houdt overzicht, brengt structuur en werkt nauwkeurig.
Je ziet kansen en vertaalt ideeën naar concrete oplossingen.
Je wacht niet af, maar neemt initiatief en werkt graag samen met collega's.
