📍 Remote | 🌍 Central & Eastern Europe | 💼 Fulltime

The automotive industry never stands still. New technologies, changing mobility trends and evolving customer needs create opportunities every day.

At Q8Oils, we're looking for someone who doesn't wait for opportunities to appear but actively creates them.

As Business Development Manager Automotive CEE, you expand our presence across the Central & Eastern Europe region. You build strategic partnerships, unlock new business opportunities and help shape the future of our Automotive business.

You work remotely, but you're always close to the market. You travel regularly to meet new distribution partners, OEM’s and key automotive players across the region.

Your biggest challenge

You drive growth in a highly competitive and fast-moving market.

You identify opportunities before others do, build strong partnerships and translate market potential into sustainable business growth.

You combine commercial drive with strategic thinking and know how to navigate complex international environments.

What you'll do

  • Grow the business
    You identify and develop new business opportunities across the Automotive, On- and Off-Highway and Agricultural sectors. You expand our footprint and drive sustainable growth throughout the CEE region.

  • Build strong partnerships
    You develop long-term relationships with distributors, motor factors, OEMs and key aftermarket players. You create partnerships based on trust, value and mutual growth.

  • Shape market strategy
    You analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive developments. You identify growth opportunities and translate market insights into business development plans and go-to-market strategies.

  • Lead commercial negotiations
    You negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, supply agreements and rebate structures. You manage local and international RFIs and RFQs and ensure commercially attractive outcomes.

  • Drive performance
    You monitor sales performance, profitability and margins across your markets. You provide forecasts and use data-driven insights to continuously improve results.

  • Connect internally
    You collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain and Customer Service. You align internal stakeholders and ensure customer needs are translated into successful business solutions.

  • Solve and improve
    You act as a trusted partner for customers and distributors. When challenges arise, you take ownership and drive solutions that strengthen long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay ahead of the market
    You continuously monitor industry trends, market developments and competitor activities. You use these insights to strengthen Q8Oils' position and identify future growth opportunities.

This is you

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.

  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in international business development or senior sales.

  • You have experience within automotive lubricants and the automotive aftermarket. You know the lubricants distribution landscape in the CEE region

  • You have a proven track record of developing new business and delivering commercial growth

  • You understand the Automotive, On- and Off-Highway and Agricultural markets within the CEE region.

  • You are an excellent negotiator and relationship builder.

  • You combine commercial instinct with strong analytical skills.

  • You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership.

  • You are willing to travel regularly across the region.

  • You are fluent in English and at least one Central or Eastern European language.
