Functieomschrijving
Als Product Owner Interne Automatisering & IT ben jij de onmisbare brug tussen de business en ons IT-landschap. Je haalt de wensen en requirements op bij verschillende afdelingen en het Management Team, en vertaalt deze naar slimme, efficiënte automatiseringen. Waar anderen een complex proces zien, zie jij een kans om zaken sneller, beter en soepeler te laten verlopen.
In deze rol schakel je veel met interne stakeholders om processen echt te doorgronden. Vervolgens bepaal je hoe we onze tools, waaronder ons ERP-systeem Odoo en Camunda, optimaal kunnen inzetten. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met onze Applicatiebeheerder, die het functionele beheer voor zijn rekening neemt en onze Camunda/Python Developer. Omdat onze developer ook eigen projecten draait, is het fantastisch als jij zelf de taal van developers spreekt of zelfs je eigen Python-code kunt kloppen om snel iets te bouwen of testen.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
Ophalen, analyseren en in kaart brengen van requirements bij diverse afdelingen en de MT-laag.
Vertalen van bedrijfsprocessen en wensen naar concrete automatiseringsoplossingen.
Beheren, prioriteren en structureren van de interne IT-backlog.
Samenwerken met de interne Camunda/Python developer en de Applicatiebeheerder om projecten succesvol en vlot op te leveren.
Adviseren van de business over procesoptimalisaties en nieuwe automatiseringskansen.
Zelf schrijven of aanpassen van Python-scripts om snel kleine verbeteringen of integraties door te voeren.
Zorgdragen voor een soepele implementatie en adoptie van nieuwe functionaliteiten op de werkvloer.

Je hebt (basis)kennis van Python; het is een hele mooie bonus als je zelf ook af en toe wat code kunt schrijven.
Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van of interesse in ERP-systemen (zoals Odoo)
Je bent analytisch, nieuwsgierig en pakt graag de regie om projecten van wens tot realiteit te brengen.
Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
