Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and assistance with orders via phone and email. Register customer queries in the system and identify recurring issues to suggest improvements to the team.
Requires at least a VMBO-TL diploma or higher and professional proficiency in both spoken and written English. Candidates should have a customer-oriented mindset, a proactive attitude, and basic IT knowledge is considered a plus.
Als Technical Support Medewerker ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je helpt hen telefonisch en via e-mail met vragen over onze diensten en zorgt altijd voor een duidelijke en passende oplossing. Of het nu gaat om een technische vraag of ondersteuning bij een bestelling: jij schakelt snel, denkt mee en zorgt dat de klant tevreden verder kan.
Je werkt in een hecht team van vijf collega’s, waar je op elkaar kunt bouwen en samen continu beter wilt worden. Tegelijk krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen – jouw motivatie en leergierigheid maken daarin het verschil. Binnen ons snelgroeiende bedrijf, actief in de wereld van contactloos en mobiel betalen, krijg je bovendien de kans om echt impact te maken.
Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten via telefoon en e-mail
Je biedt technische ondersteuning en denkt in oplossingen
Je helpt klanten bij vragen over bestellingen en diensten
Je registreert en verwerkt klantvragen in het systeem
Je signaleert terugkerende issues en deelt verbeterpunten met je team
Je draagt bij aan een positieve klantervaring bij elk contactmoment

Minimaal een VMBO-TL diploma of hoger.
