Drive the identification and execution of Catastrophic risk transfer opportunities by coordinating between claims teams, clients, and external vendor partners. Manage vendor relationships and utilize performance analytics to optimize conversion rates and operational workflows.
Requires 7-10+ years of experience in claims, managed care, or complex medical case management, preferably within workers' compensation. Candidates must demonstrate strong expertise in risk transfer mechanisms and the ability to influence stakeholders and manage strategic partnerships.
This role is responsible for driving the identification, development, and execution of Catastrophic (CAT) risk transfer opportunities across claims. The individual will serve as the central point of coordination between claims, clients/carriers, and external vendor partners related to Catastrophic claims, ensuring strong pipeline development, effective conversion to contracts, and continuous improvement of processes and outcomes. This role blends strategic relationship management, operational execution, analytics, and vendor oversight.
