Responsible for overseeing daily operational activities at a designated MEH Hub, including coordinating deliveries, supervising riders, managing inventory and supplies, and supporting franchisee and customer requirements. This role ensures smooth execution of delivery commitments, compliance with service standards, and accuracy in documentation and reporting. As the first point of contact at the hub level, the Team Leader supports both the Hub Supervisor and field personnel to ensure alignment with overall MEH operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the MEH Hub, including dispatch scheduling, rider tasking, and order processing.
Monitor rider activities and ensure timely completion of deliveries within committed time frames.
Assist in the proper encoding of order details and battery serial numbers into Salesforce or related systems.
Conduct initial checks on delivery tools and ensure availability and condition of rider kits (rear box, uniforms, battery carrier, etc.).
Support in the orientation of newly deployed riders and monitoring of their compliance to delivery protocols.
Coordinate with MEH franchisees to resolve order issues, returns, or delays and escalate concerns as needed.
Perform basic inventory checks and monitor movement of MEH kits, batteries, and delivery tools.
Ensure documents such as Sales Invoices, Official Receipts, and order logs are collected, filed, and transmitted to central teams.
Assist in generating daily reports on deliveries, issues encountered, and rider performance.
Act as backup for the Hub Supervisor in their absence or as designated.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the Hub facility and supplies.
Qualifications
Education: At least college level; bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or field support operations.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong sense of accountability and organizational skills.
Familiar with MEH tools, delivery protocols, and basic system encoding.
Leadership capability to supervise and motivate riders.
Ability to handle pressure and resolve field-level issues promptly.
Proficiency in using mobile apps or systems (e.g., ResQ CRM, basic Excel) is an advantage.
Willingness to be field-based and flexible with shifting schedules.
