Facilities Helpdesk - We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support our facilities operations. The role involves managing service requests and ticketing, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, maintaining accurate records and reports, and administering facilities management systems. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will handle email correspondence and provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Job Description

•      Manage Service request and ticketing, ensuring timely logging, tracking, and resolution of issues.

•      Coordinate with stakeholders and contractors to facilitate efficient service delivery.

•      Prepare and maintain reports and documentation related to facilities operations.

•      Administer facilities management systems and maintain accurate database records.

•      Handle email communications and general correspondence related to facilities requests.

•      Perform administrative and support tasks to assist the facilities team in a daily operation.



Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, operations, or management.
