Job Summary
The Company Nurse is responsible for supporting the health and wellness of Intogreat employees by providing on-site medical care, managing HMO processes, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards, and leading engagement activities related to employee well-being. The role also collaborates closely with HR in implementing health-related programs and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Health Services
· Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees for injuries, illnesses, or emergencies that occur onsite.
· Conduct initial assessments of health concerns and provide appropriate interventions or referrals.
· Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and medical observations.
· Assist employees with medical inquiries and health-related concerns.
2. HMO Management (Enrollment, Deletion, Audit)
· Handle end-to-end HMO processing, including:
o Enrollment of new hires.
o Deletion of separated employees.
o Updating dependent information.
· Coordinate with the HMO provider regarding availments, card issuance, LOAs, and employee concerns.
· Conduct periodic HMO audits to ensure accurate and updated records.
· Support HR in managing HMO utilization reports and identifying trends for health program planning.
3. Health & Safety Compliance
· Ensure adherence to DOLE and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
· Maintain and update medical logs, incident reports, and statutory documentation.
· Assist in pre-employment medical requirements and fit-to-work validations.
· Manage clinic supplies, medicines, and equipment inventory.
· Participate in safety inspections and recommendations for risk mitigation.
4. Health & Wellness Engagement Activities
· Plan and execute health-related engagement initiatives such as:
o Vaccination drives
o Flu shot programs
o Health awareness campaigns (e.g., mental health month, heart health)
o Wellness activities during HR-led events
· Provide on-site medical coverage for company events.
· Collaborate with HR and Engagement teams to develop preventive health programs.
5. HR & Admin Support
· Validate sick leaves, medical certificates, and fit-to-work clearances.
· Provide medical insights or recommendations for attendance-related concerns.
· Support HR with employee relations matters where health considerations are involved.
· Assist with documentation for incident investigations when health or safety is implicated.
Requirements
Qualifications
Education & Certification
· Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license.
· BOSH, First Aid, or related OSH certifications are an advantage but not required.
Experience
· With at least 1 year experience as Nurse in Company, Clinic or Hospital setup but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· Experience in occupational health, clinics, or corporate environments is a plus.

· Knowledge of DOLE and OSH standards (preferred but not required).
