The Framing Lead manages the complete cycle of design center orders and supervises personnel to drive revenue through outstanding customer service. They are responsible for training new associates and ensuring compliance with company policies and loss prevention measures.
Candidates must be high school graduates with technical experience in POS framing software, computerized mat cutters, and wide format printing. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and flexibility to work weekends and holidays are required.
