Requires 5-10 years of experience in HVAC/mechanical operations with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. A community college diploma or equivalent training is required, and trade certifications are considered an asset.
The Regional Operations Manager – HVAC is responsible for the effective leadership, technical oversight, and operational performance of a skilled trades team with a strong concentration in HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical building systems. This role ensures the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of HVAC maintenance, repair, and project work across the assigned region while driving operational excellence, service performance, and client satisfaction.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Community college diploma or equivalent training (e.g. RPA, CET)
