The Patient Service Clerk is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, registering patients, and managing electronic referrals within the Epic system. They also maintain patient charts, handle clinic check-ins and check-outs, and provide administrative support to the clinical team.
Candidates must possess a Secondary School Graduation Diploma and have approximately 6 months of related experience. Proficiency in English and French is essential, along with knowledge of computer software such as Epic and Outlook.
