Manage the Operations department of the Life Time club, including budgeting, staffing, and project oversight. Responsible for training and scheduling up to 40 team members while ensuring facility cleanliness and maintenance.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of management experience in building operations. Must obtain CPR/AED and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certifications within specified timeframes.
As the Facility Operations Manager, you will handle the Operations department of the Life Time club. You will offer ongoing training for all Ops team members and conduct all work scheduling. You will oversee the department's budget, staffing, and all projects.
