• Maintain and update all project documents (drawings, contracts, reports, approvals).
• Ensure proper filing, indexing, and version control of documents.
• Manage both physical and electronic document control systems.

🔄 Document Control Process

• Monitor document flow between consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Track document revisions and ensure distribution of the latest approved versions.
• Maintain a document register for all incoming and outgoing documents.

📑 Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and site teams for documentation requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of documents (RFI, submittals, shop drawings).
• Follow up with stakeholders for approvals and pending documentation.

📊 Reporting

• Generate regular reports on document status, pending approvals, and submissions.
• Provide document control support during audits and inspections.

✅ Compliance & Quality

• Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and project requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Engineering, Management, or related field preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction, preferably residential projects.
• Knowledge of document control systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and document management tools (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS).
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
