Lead the execution, governance, and evolution of the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for Canada to drive meaningful impact aligned with the Indigenous strategy. This includes managing the Indigenous talent pipeline, overseeing CCIB certification, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Requires at least 5 years of experience leading complex programs in matrixed organizations and at least 1 year of experience implementing a Reconciliation Action Plan. Preference is given to candidates who identify as Indigenous and have experience with CCIB certification.
The successful candidate in this role would lead the execution, governance, and evolution of our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for Canada. This individual will be accountable for driving progress against RAP commitments, and ensuring meaningful, measurable impact aligned to our Indigenous strategy.
Working closely with the Indigenous Strategy Executive Sponsor and Indigenous Strategy team, this role will provide day-to-day leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement across the business. The successful candidate will bring strong program leadership, relationship-building skills, and credibility to engage senior leaders, clients, and external partners.

• Minimum 5 years’ Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs within a large, matrixed organization
• Minimum 1 year involvement in designing or implementing a Reconciliation Action Plan for a large organization
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
