Sobre a posição
O(a) Commercial Excellence Manager atuará no coração da execução da estratégia comercial da bioMérieux, apoiando os negócios de Clinical e Industry em canais diretos e indiretos.
Este profissional será responsável por fortalecer competências comerciais, impulsionar a adoção de ferramentas e metodologias, além de gerar insights que ampliem a previsibilidade do negócio e a satisfação dos clientes.
Principais responsabilidades
Liderar iniciativas locais de excelência comercial alinhadas com a estratégia regional
Desenvolver competências comerciais não técnicas (ex.: negociação, abordagem consultiva, gestão de contas) junto às equipes de Sales, Marketing e CSO
Coordenar e garantir a efetividade de treinamentos e programas de capacitação comercial
Atuar na implementação e adoção de ferramentas comerciais (como CRM), processos e metodologias com foco em visão 360° do cliente
Apoiar a execução da estratégia de pricing e contratos, garantindo alinhamento e consistência
Promover a adoção de soluções digitais para expansão do alcance comercial e aumento de produtividade
Perfil que buscamos
Experiência em posições de liderança ou forte atuação em ambientes comerciais (Sales, Marketing, Operações)
Vivência em gestão de projetos, com foco em implementação e adoção de novos processos e metodologias
Experiência com CRM (preferencialmente Salesforce)
Pós-graduação ou formação equivalente em áreas de negócios
Capacidade de atuação em ambiente multicultural e colaborativo
Forte habilidade de influência, negociação e atuação em estruturas matriciais
Excelente pensamento analítico, com foco em transformação de dados em planos de ação
Comunicação clara e habilidade de relacionamento com diferentes stakeholders

Experiência prévia em Life Sciences, Saúde ou Indústria
Vivência em projetos de transformação comercial ou digitalização
Experiência em ambientes regionais (LATAM)
