In dieser Rolle bist Du Teil unseres interdisziplinären Serviceteams bestehend aus medizinischen Experten, Instrumentenexperten, Anwendungs- und IT-Spezialisten.
Du bist Ansprechpartner rund um die Themen Software, Netzwerk und Sicherheit. Hauptsächlich wirst Du via Remotelösungen, selten auch mal beim Kunde vor Ort, bei Installationen, Problemfindungen sowie Wartungen und System-Aktualisierungen unterstützten. Unsere Kunden erwarten eine schnelle Bereitstellung unserer Diagnosesysteme in ihren medizinischen Laboren, eine nahtlose Integration in ihre IT-Umgebung, sowie einen störungsfreien Betrieb unserer Geräte und Anwendungen, wozu Du durch Deinen Kundensupport maßgeblich beiträgst!
