We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Manager, GTS Delivery.

You’ll be part of the GTS COO team that will deliver one of the biggest operational model changes that is designed to set the GTS business for future success.

In this role you will:

• Shape and manage an agile portfolio of operations transformation programmes, including large scale operating model change, continuous improvement projects, and standalone change initiatives
• Work with operations teams to drive and embed change, from idea origination to execution and benefit capture, to meet transformation and FRP targets
• Run effective governance and reporting on operations transformation and simplification
• Facilitate and support senior management decision making and strategic prioritisation by use of performance information, analytics, outputs from governance forums, stakeholder feedback and HSBC strategy
• Collaborate across GTS COO and GCOO teams to develop and embed robust productivity and capacity tracking and planning
• Support annual FRP process, as well as regular forecasting activity
• Identify and deliver process improvements to support the ambition to become simpler and more agile

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to shape, lead and drive operational transformation programmes
• Knowledge and understanding of the GTS business and broader construct of HSBC’s Global Businesses
• Experience in a fast pace and agile environment and drive strategic projects
• Experience in solving business problems with data driven insights
• Ability to deliver high quality reports, presentations and communications to Business Executives under strict deadlines
• Ability to influence and facilitate strong collaboration across business areas
• Experience of designing, experimenting and implementing solutions using AI and other emerging technologies
