Design, implement, standardize, and continuously improve Project Management Office (PMO) processes, tools, governance, and software solutions to establish consistent project execution across multiple business units.
Manage complex cross-functional programs while also serving as the hands-on project manager for individual initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
