This role can be based out of our Littleton, CO or Dana Point, CA office, with the expectation of travel to support projects across both markets. If you build your own systems, hold a high bar without needing anyone to hold it for you, and expect the work to speak for itself, this role is built for you.

The Work Itself
This is a hybrid office and field role. You'll be on-site for project walks, inspections, and milestone meetings, and in the office for planning, financial review, and documentation. Regular travel between job sites is required, along with the ability to travel between Colorado and California as project needs dictate. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in varying weather conditions.

Compensation and Benefits
PAY RANGE: $135,000 to $165,000 per year
