The Lead Rehab Technician provides person-centered care and leadership to support patients recovering from brain or spinal cord injuries. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, assisting with daily living activities, and monitoring medical conditions to promote client independence.
Candidates must have a two-year degree or at least two years of equivalent work experience and a valid driver's license. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and the capacity to become CPR/First Aid certified are also required.
