The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting packaging equipment while ensuring product quality meets customer requirements. They are also tasked with performing equipment wash-downs, changeovers, and maintaining accurate production documentation.
Candidates should ideally have a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and possess basic math and communication skills. Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP is required or a willingness to learn, along with the physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs assisted.

Job Summary:
The Machine Operator performs set-ups, makes minor adjustments and operates packaging equipment. Identifies acceptable or unacceptable product quality per customer requirements. Performs wash and changeover of equipment. Machine Operators will need to be reliable and able to work with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) at all times.
