Manage the end-to-end development of commercial proposals and RFQ/RFP responses for a regulated packaging organization. Coordinate with cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, and finance to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requires a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in proposal management, pricing, or manufacturing within the pharma or medical device industries. Candidates should have a strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and experience in cGMP or FDA regulated environments.
