Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules, as well as general maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Receiving and documenting products for delivery or return.
- Loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers.
- Organizing incoming stock and putting appropriate labels on products.
- Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destinations.
- Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
- Coordinates with Customer Care and Sales teams on orders.
- Assisting with training of newly employed workers.
- Other tasks and special projects as assigned by management.

Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED, preferably associate degree in business or supply chain.
- Prior experience in pulling and packing orders in a warehouse, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing industry.
- Forklift certification.
- Knowledge of Salespad, FedEx Ship Manager & UPS Worldship preferred.
Work Environment
The position is a warehouse setting that is fast paced, with moderate noise levels including voices, equipment, and foot traffic sounds. At times the warehouse may be cold or hot. Employees may interact with customers, sales representatives, and other internal departments.
