Als Auszubildender (m/w/d) Maschinen- & Anlagenführer bringen wir dir bei, wie unsere verschiedenen Produktionsmaschinen bedient werden, die wir im Entstehungsprozess benötigen, damit wir zusammen unsere starken Marken vorantreiben können. Zusammen mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen produzierst du einen Baustoff, der dazu beiträgt, dass für sehr viele Menschen nachhaltiger Wohnraum geschaffen werden kann.

Das erwartet dich!

Wir vermitteln dir alle notwendigen Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten, die du für deine Ausbildung und dein späteres Berufsleben benötigst:

  • Einrichtung, Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung der Produktionsanlagen
  • Überprüfen der Maschinenfunktionen an Prüfständen
  • Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses und Materialflusses
  • Inspektion und Wartung der Maschinen
