We are seeking a strategic, self-driven, and donor-obsessed fundraising professional to own and execute the Annual Fund strategy for IU Health Foundation. Operating with significant autonomy, this person will coordinate closely with the Director of Donor Communications, the Foundation's data analytics partner, and the broader Foundation calendar to deliver campaigns that are compelling, well-timed, and measurably effective.

This role leads Annual Fund strategy execution and donor engagement for IU Health Foundation, including:

Collaborative: You coordinate effectively with your director, data partners, and cross-functional Foundation colleagues without needing constant direction.
Data-Curious: You may not be a data analyst, but you're comfortable working with segmentation logic and campaign performance data to make smarter decisions.
