JOB PURPOSE
Born in 1979, Nexxus is a premium, salon-quality haircare brand grounded in protein science innovation and elevated sensorial experiences. As the #1 salon brand in the US and one of Unilever’s 30 Power Brands, Nexxus plays a critical role within Beauty & Wellbeing North America as a key driver of premium and masstige growth.
North America is the brand’s largest and most strategically important market, positioned to lead the next phase of growth by strengthening relevance, accelerating innovation, and expanding its premium footprint across channels.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Director to lead this critically important brand for B&W, driving continued growth and transformation in North America.
This role provides an exceptional opportunity for a beauty marketer to shape the multi-year Nexxus growth strategy, leading both innovation and demand creation to unlock premium brand growth.
The Head of Nexxus will be responsible for defining and delivering the North America (US & Canada) brand growth strategy, including innovation pipelines and in-year marketing activation for the US market.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $221,100 to $ 386,925. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
