We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Management Officer (PMO) to support a high-impact digital marketing growth program for one of our key clients in Ha Noi. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the engagement — coordinating timelines, managing stakeholder communications, tracking deliverables, and ensuring all digital growth initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and manage the project management office framework across all digital marketing projects, including SEO, paid media, social media, and content campaigns.
• Develop, update, and monitor project plans, schedules, and milestones using PM tools (e.g. Jira)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Track project status, flag risks and blockers proactively, and escalate issues to the Project Manager or department leads when necessary.
• Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, and project documentation for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Support project kick-off meetings, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions; document meeting notes and action items.
• Manage project repositories, ensuring all assets, briefs, and reports are organized and version-controlled.
• Assist in onboarding new vendors, freelancers, or agency partners by coordinating contracts, briefs, and workflow integration.
• Monitor and report on budget utilization across projects, flagging variances to the finance and management teams.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, templates, and reporting standards.

REQUIREMENT

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles, preferably supporting digital marketing growth programs or client-facing marketing engagements.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Service Now, or equivalent.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office / Google for reporting and documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
• Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (written and verbal); ability to liaise with multi-level stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret project data and produce clear, concise reports.
• Proactive, self-starter attitude with a collaborative team spirit.

Nice to Have

• PMP, CAPM, or PMI certification (or in progress).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Prior experience in a digital agency environment.
• Experience in banking industry digital marketing is a big plus — familiarity with financial products, regulatory constraints, and customer acquisition strategies in the banking sector will be highly valued.
