The Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including employee supervision, inventory management, and merchandising. They are responsible for maintaining store standards, ensuring financial integrity, and providing superior customer service.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of retail experience is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and mathematical skills are required to manage store processes and lead staff effectively.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in the effective implementation of all store processes including employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, stocking and receiving, paperwork, and store needs. This position is utilized to foster interactive development of an external candidate for the Store Manager role and is to be held for a limited period.
