The Operations Manager oversees daily production operations at the manufacturing plant, utilizing TPM and continuous improvement methodologies to ensure safe and reliable processes. They provide strategic leadership for multiple operations and collaborate with the Plant Leadership Team on organizational planning and goal setting.
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is required along with 7-10 years of functional leadership experience.
