The purpose of Head Maintenance and Technical is to ensure KPI's for reliability maintenance operations for Mechanical, E&I, Engineering Stores is achieved as per defined standards.

Manufacturing Excellence Team Management teams - operations Internal customers – Operations, Workshops, Ware houses, Utility, HSE Close coordination with Supply Chain Industrial Purchase, Finance, Stores , HR Process Safety , FS External – KSEB, KSEI, Dy Director of Boilers, Technical service providers etc.
Committed to the success of the project and of all team members. Understanding basic financial concepts to manage money as part of a project have been given. Listening to workers, superiors and customers and acknowledge them. Focuses on quality and organizational objective Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach for new ideas
Strategic Orientation - has greater understanding of the organization’s strategic context and the ability to align with and contribute to it.
Team Leadership - empowers and strengthens the team, delegating authority with the intent of enabling the team to work effectively without direct management.

Desired Experience: 15 to 18+ years from similar industries in mechanical operations.
