Nous recrutons un(e) stagiaire Talent Acquisition, Mobilité Interne & Marque Employeur au sein de la Direction Ressources Humaines, à partir de septembre 2026, pour une durée de 6 mois sur notre site basé à Lestrem (62).
Ce stage s'inscrit dans une démarche de développement de l'attractivité des talents et d'amélioration de l'expérience collaborateur. Il vise à renforcer nos actions de mobilité interne, de marque employeur, de relations écoles et de communication RH, tout en contribuant à des projets stratégiques Talent Acquisition
Rattaché(e) à l'équipe Talent Acquisition France, vous participerez à la mise en œuvre et à l'animation de nos initiatives en matière d'attraction, de développement et de fidélisation des talents.
Vos principales missions seront :
Accompagner la mobilité interne en coordonnant les campagnes, en assurant le suivi des candidatures, en réalisant des synthèses d'entretiens et en contribuant au reporting associé ;
Développer nos relations écoles en participant aux forums, événements campus et actions de partenariat avec les établissements d'enseignement supérieur ;
Renforcer notre marque employeur en créant et diffusant des contenus attractifs, en valorisant les métiers et parcours de carrière et en assurant une veille sur les tendances du recrutement ;
Contribuer à la communication RH interne à travers la création de supports de communication, l'organisation d'événements et la promotion des initiatives RH et Talent Acquisition ;
Participer à des projets transverses Talent Acquisition visant à améliorer nos pratiques, nos outils et l'expérience des candidats et collaborateurs.
Selon les besoins, vous serez amené(e) à collaborer avec les équipes RH, Communication, managers opérationnels ainsi qu'avec différents partenaires internes.
Gestion de projets RH et Talent Acquisition ;
Communication RH, marque employeur et relations écoles ;
Analyse de données, reporting et suivi d'indicateurs RH ;
Coordination de projets et accompagnement du changement ;
Utilisation d'outils digitaux RH et de communication.
Ce stage vous permettra d'acquérir une vision globale des enjeux d'attraction et de développement des talents au sein d'un groupe international, tout en développant vos compétences en gestion de projets RH et en communication.
Vous préparez un Master 1 ou Master 2 en Ressources Humaines, École de Commerce avec spécialisation RH ou formation équivalente, et recherchez idéalement un stage de césure ou de fin d'études.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l'organisation et votre capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle. Curieux(se), autonome et force de proposition, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et possédez d'excellentes qualités relationnelles et rédactionnelles.

Une bonne maîtrise du Pack Office, notamment Excel et PowerPoint ;
Une appétence pour les outils digitaux, les réseaux sociaux professionnels et les sujets de communication ;
Une première expérience en Ressources Humaines, Talent Acquisition, Développement RH ou Communication RH ;
Une sensibilité aux enjeux de marque employeur, marketing RH et gestion de projets ;
Un niveau d'anglais B2/C1 constitue un véritable plus.
Votre créativité, votre esprit d'initiative et votre orientation solutions seront des atouts essentiels pour réussir dans ce stage. Vous aimez proposer de nouvelles idées, structurer l'information et contribuer concrètement à des projets ayant un impact sur l'expérience collaborateur.

Indemnité brute mensuelle : de 693 € à 1 200 € selon le niveau d’études
