Established orthopedic practice with strong referral network and immediate patient demand to support rapid practice growth
Four-day work week
Flexibility to customize clinic and surgical volume
Experienced PA and dedicated orthopedic support team
Access to Mako robotic-assisted technology
On-site imaging and modern surgical facilities
Optional call, 1:5 rotation at Level III Trauma hospital
Collaborative, provider-led culture
Leadership and teaching opportunities
Team & Support:
1 experienced Orthopedic PA with flexibility to support clinic visits, surgical cases, and pre- and post-operative patient care
Integrated Sports Medicine Physician
Three Podiatrists (two surgical, one non-surgical)
Dedicated Orthopedic support staff, including experienced MAs, Athletic Trainer, and Surgery Scheduler
On-site X-ray, ultrasound, CT, and MRI
Additional Details:
Typical schedule includes two clinic days and two surgery days
Flexibility to adjust clinic and OR time as your practice grows
Average clinic volumes of 18-22 patients per day

Required Qualifications: • MD or DO degree • Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery • Oregon medical license or ability to obtain • DEA registration prior to start date • Current BLS certification

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $430,000 - $887,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
