The consultant is responsible for acquiring homes by following up on leads, valuing properties, and performing extensive due diligence. They must negotiate deals, estimate repairs, and coordinate with realtors and lenders to close acquisitions.
Candidates need 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in phone sales. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong communication and computer skills.
The Real Estate Acquisition Consultant is responsible for buying homes for House Buyers of America. This person will follow up on leads, value houses, estimate repairs and close deals in addition to performing extensive due diligence on all acquisitions. This position is a remote role (does not report to an office everyday) however you will be responsible for conducting in person meetings with prospects/clients on a regular basis.
