The Project Manager oversees all phases of new home construction, including supervising subcontractors, managing production schedules, and ensuring adherence to building specifications. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2-3 years of construction experience. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work in outdoor conditions and lift up to 75 lbs.
