Oversee the overall maintenance of the community, including repairs, the make-ready process, and preventative maintenance programs. Lead and develop the service team while ensuring compliance with safety codes and managing the maintenance budget.
Requires EPA-CFC certification and preferably 5+ years of apartment maintenance experience with 2+ years in leadership. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred along with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

As a Waterton Service Manager (Maintenance Manager), you will oversee the overall maintenance of the community – repairs, make-ready process, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate is resilient, results-oriented, curious, adaptable, and has an ownership mindset.
