A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred, along with over 5 years of experience in VDC coordination. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and knowledge of building codes and LEAN/LEED principles are required.

PURPOSE/SUMMARY:
The VDC Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring effective workload distribution, facilitating interdepartmental communication, educating team members on VDC service group concepts, and ensuring seamless coordination of tasks within the organization. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, teaching skills, and effective communication abilities to support project success.
