The Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, valuing, and acquiring residential properties by following up on leads and performing due diligence. They will negotiate deals, estimate repair costs, and manage the closing process with various stakeholders.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong communication and computer skills.
The Acquisition Manager is responsible for buying homes for House Buyers of America. This person will follow up on leads, value houses, estimate repairs and close deals in addition to performing extensive due diligence on all acquisitions. This position is a remote role (does not report to an office everyday) however you will be responsible for conducting in person meetings with prospects/clients on a regular basis.

Compensation Range: $140,000-$220,000 per year (inclusive of base salary and bonus/ commission)
