Nuestra misión se enfoca en gestionar y planificar contratos, optimizar la eficiencia del presupuesto y administrar correctamente los recursos del área, garantizando que cada inversión sea estratégica y rentable para la organización.
Buscamos una persona con visión financiera y liderazgo para administrar los recursos del área, aplicando conocimientos técnicos en proyectos y CAPEX. Su rol principal será asegurar la correcta supervisión de los procesos de contratación, velar por el cumplimiento normativo de las transacciones y liderar la mejora continua. A través del monitoreo constante y la implementación de herramientas y metodologías ágiles, transformará la operatividad manual en procesos eficientes que faciliten la toma de decisiones.
Optimización del presupuesto y la planificación financiera: Administrar los recursos del área, aplicando conocimientos técnicos en proyectos y CAPEX para garantizar la viabilidad y eficiencia de las inversiones.
Gestión del ciclo de vida de los contratos: Supervisión integral de los procesos de contratación, desde la fase de licitación hasta la evaluación continua de costo-beneficio para asegurar que las contrataciones sean estratégicas y rentables.
Aseguramiento del cumplimiento normativo y financiero: Garantizar que todas las transacciones, contratos y procesos operativos cumplan estrictamente con las normativas y políticas institucionales del banco.
Monitoreo del desempeño financiero: Seguimiento y control constante mediante la creación y gestión de indicadores clave y tableros de control, lo que permite visualizar la salud financiera y facilitar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
Impulso a la mejora continua y eficiencia operativa: Fomentar una cultura de optimización para reducir las cargas de trabajo derivadas de procesos manuales actuales. Esto incluye el uso de herramientas internas (como GPS y Wizard) y la implementación de metodologías ágiles como Kanban o Scrum para agilizar la operativa diaria.
Mantener una comunicación transversal efectiva entre áreas clave (como Finanzas y Compras) para lograr resultados estratégicos.
Reducir la carga operativa en la jornada laboral mediante la automatización y mejora continua de procesos.
Experiencia Conocimientos Obligatorios:
Conocimiento sólido en proyectos y CAPEX.
Manejo de herramientas internas (GPS y Wizard).
Liderazgo y manejo de herramientas de Google (Workspace).
Inglés técnico / básico.
Metodologías Kanban y Scrum.
Certificaciones en finanzas o planeación financiera.
Licenciatura o Maestría en áreas administrativas, contabilidad, actuaría o relaciones comerciales.
Al menos 1 año de experiencia en mejora de procesos, gestión de presupuestos, administración de proyectos y manejo de contratos.
