Al alinear y simplificar nuestro trabajo, nuestra unidad de negocio Diagnostic Solutions (DS) tiene como objetivo impulsar el crecimiento y la innovación en soluciones de diagnóstico.
El Especialista de Producto será responsable de la gestión integral del ciclo de vida de productos específicos dentro del portafolio de Microbiología Clínica, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas, rentabilidad y posicionamiento en el mercado mexicano. Colaborará estrechamente con equipos multidisciplinarios para impulsar la estrategia de producto y el éxito comercial.
Desarrollar e implementar planes estratégicos de marketing para el portafolio de productos asignado, incluyendo el análisis de mercado, la segmentación, el posicionamiento y la definición de mensajes clave.
Lanzar nuevos productos al mercado mexicano, coordinando actividades de preparación, capacitación y comunicación con equipos de ventas y otras áreas relevantes, así como a los diferentes canales de venta.
Gestionar el ciclo de vida de los productos existentes, identificando oportunidades de mejora, extensiones de línea, lanzamientos y descontinuaciones.
Analizar el rendimiento de ventas, la rentabilidad y la cuota de mercado de los productos, identificando tendencias y proponiendo acciones correctivas o de mejora dentro del forecast de demanda.
Capacitar al equipo de ventas y otros stakeholders internos y externos sobre las características, beneficios y aplicaciones técnicas de los productos.
Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con líderes de opinión clave, clientes y distribuidores, recopilando insights de mercado y fomentando la adopción de productos.
Colaborar con el equipo de Asuntos Regulatorios para asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa local en todos los territorios que abarca México Hub.
Preparar y presentar proyecciones de ventas y presupuestos de marketing para el portafolio de productos asignado.
Participar en congresos, seminarios y eventos de la industria para promover los productos y la marca BD.
Requisitos:
Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Ciencias de la Salud (Biología, QFB, QBP, Ingeniería Biomédica) o campo relacionado.
Mínimo de 2-3 años de experiencia en marketing de producto en laboratorio clínico.
Experiencia en el lanzamiento de productos y gestión del ciclo de vida del producto.
Fuerte comprensión del mercado mexicano de dispositivos médicos y las dinámicas de ventas.
Experiencia con el proceso de control de calidad en laboratorio.
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
Inglés (intermedio indispensable).
Capacidad analítica y estratégica, con habilidad para interpretar datos de mercado y tomar decisiones informadas.
Habilidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo multidisciplinario.
Orientación a resultados y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
Buen dominio de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Disponibilidad para viajar (nacional e internacional) según sea necesario.
